2009 WCMBHA of BC Provincial Championships
Tuesday, June 23rd to Sunday, June 28th
Host Association: Surrey Minor Ball Hockey Associations
At the recent WCMBHA of BC AGM (November 2008) a motion was put forward to have the 2009 Provincial Championships to be hosted by one local association and not to be split up by each division for each association to host.
Upon acceptance of this motion by the attendees, Surrey Minor Ball Hockey Association has accepted to host the 2009 WCMBHA of BC Provincial Ball Hockey Championships. It has been determined that the Provincials will take place Tuesday, June 23rd to Sunday, June 28th.
Round Robin games will take place Tuesday, June 23rd to Friday, June 26th during the evenings at three rinks in Surrey. Semi-FInal games will be on Saturday, June 27th and all divisional finals will be on Sunday, June 28th. All local associations should have their playoff divisional championships complete by Sunday, June 21st. If a Wild Card game is needed in a division, the game will take place the evening of Monday, June 22nd.
